Noureen DeWulf

American actress Noureen DeWulf, a native of the United States, (nee Ahmed), Her most well-known roles include in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009) and West Bank Story (2006). She also played Lacey on the sitcom Anger Management (2012 - 2014). DeWulf was noureen Ahmed, an New York City native, to Gujarati Indian parents, from Pune, Maharashtra. She grew up in Stone Mountain in Georgia. She was raised Nizari Ismaili Muslim. She has two sisters. The older sister, Aziza, teaches law at Northeastern University in Boston. Her younger sister, Sara, practices law in San Francisco. DeWulf attended Boston University's School for the Arts and did studies in theatre and international relations. After graduation, she relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati well. DeWulf started her acting career in the Academy Award-winning short film West Bank Story. She was Fatima who is a dancer and singing Palestinian cashier who falls for the love of an Israeli soldier. Since then, she's been appearing in comedic television films and series. She was a part of Outsourced on NBC, Outsourced as well as TNT's Hawthorne, and MTV's The Hard Times of RJ Berber. DeWulf was also a frequent guest on Lifetime's miniseries Maneater. She co-starred with Matthew McConaughey as the romantic comedy Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009). She also starred with Jeremy Piven on The Goods: Sell Hard, Live Hard (2009). The Taqwacores (2010) was her debut feature film. It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival 2010.
